Gratitude 5.16.18

This morning I am grateful.

I am grateful for being able to walk, sprint, cycle and lift weights.

I am grateful for the ability to change.

I am grateful for the opportunity to show people what I am capable of through action.

 

I am going to learn something new today because I love to learn.

I am going to exercise my willpower with a twenty hour fast.

I am eager, cautious and ready.
